Buyer reviewConsidering how many homes we looked at and said "no' Rob remained positive and reinforced over and over again that we needed to ensure our choice worked for us. If we weren't happy in the end, Rob said he would have failed. Professional, honest, responsive and always available. Rob made the process fun, toured every appointment with us and was a fabulous second set of eyes. Great at what he does!! Couldn't have had anyone better. Rob was engaged throughout the close process. Will miss seeing him frequently and looking forward to a continued friendship.

Seller reviewThe sale of my house turned out to be more complicated than the average sale, and Rob went above and beyond to negotiate with the buyer. He also was great at reducing my anxiety as we worked through the process. He actually listened to what I had to say, unlike some agents who dismiss the seller's concerns. Rob made it a point to have follow up communication with the buyer's attorney, since they were not as forthcoming as they should have been with a potential paperwork snag. Great working with Rob. Would highly recommend.
