Seller reviewRob was so easy to work with. He made selling my house a breeze! I didn't have to stress about anything, as he worked with me every step of the way! I would definitely recommend Rob to anyone who is looking for an enjoyable and stress free experience. Especially, if you're a first time home buyer or seller as he will walk you though every step. Buyer reviewWe feel so lucky to have been referred to Rob by our good friends! He made our home buying process easy and smooth, plus we felt safe and cared for the whole time. Rob went to dinner with my husband and I and got to know us and truly paid attention to what was important to us. In the next couple of days, he sent us a good number of listings that fit that exact description. Two days later, he was willing to see 5 listings with us, and within ONE WEEK we were under contract with our dream home. Rob is reliable, he will tell you what he honestly thinks, and he works extremely hard. What more could you ask for?! We will absolutely trust Rob with selling or buying homes in the future!

Seller reviewNote: I answered 2-4 weeks to the question how long it took my home to sell because that was the total time from coming soon to closing. The house was in an active status for only 2 days before it went under contract. Rob was a referral from the Century21 agent that helped us buy our home in Georgia.....and he was amazing!!! His communication is clear and timely. He made me feel like I was part of the process - listening to my questions and allowing me to provide input on decisions throughout the process. My house was priced exactly right and sold very quickly. He listened to my needs and applied them to the negotiations with buyers. I will happily recommend Rob to anyone buying or selling a home in the Raleigh/ Durham market. Thank you so much Rob!!

Buyer reviewRob is fantastic! We were first time homebuyers so definitely required a little extra help and educating. I can't say enough good things about Rob. He is so knowledgeable and literally always available! To be honest he made the whole process seem pretty easy which is saying something since buying a house can be quite stressful. He always answered any questions we had and was always on top of things when it came time to put in an offer and negotiate. We would definitely recommend him to all family and friends and should we ever need to move down the road we will definitely be contacting Rob again!
