Rob was everything I could have asked for in a broker and more. Rob helped make the process easy to understand and expedient. I was living in California during the purchasing process and Rob ensured the process was simple. He coordinated with my immediate family in the area to schedule open houses and walk throughs of many homes before I found the one I loved. I am forever grateful of the determination and diligence Rob provided to ensuring I could attain exactly what I wanted.

Rob was fantastic! He did a great job being clear about his role, ensuring I understood how the process worked. He was very patient in seeing a huge number of homes with me. He didn't make me feel pressured or unheard during the selection process. He helped me to make sure I was comfortable with offers so was putting in, and he worked hard to make sure I found a great house for me! His knowledge and humor made the house search a lot of fun! Rob made the process smooth and ensured I felt confident in taking over my new home! There were a lot of parties involved between the seller and myself (realtors, mortgage parties, title companies). Rob made sure to answer my questions and send me all the information I needed along the way!

My family and I highly recommend Rob Gold and Century 21. Rob really took care of us during a rushed work relocation move. We were given a few local realtors by the relocation company and were recommended a few others - one of which was Rob. We had an initial conversation with all and Rob stood out due to his professionalism, knowledge and desire to understand what we were really looking for. Rob was on point throughout the entire process. We ended up taking multiple house hunting trips and Rob was organized, prepared and executed a great plan to see all the properties of interest for both trips. The list he put together was expertly aligned with our must haves and he was able to be flexible when we wanted to return to a few of the properties for a second (and third) visit. Being out of state, Rob was our 'boots on the ground' rep and ensured everything went super smoothly. Rob had all of the above in abundance plus a great sense of humor. He had the answers to most of our questions and, for the few he didn't, was able to get great answers quickly. He got to know us and was able to predict and allay most of our concerns before we even brought them up. He took the time to really understand where we were coming from and what we were trying to find and then he built great lists of properties that had as many of our must have items as possible in the areas we liked. The interactions we had with the C21 staff were good but, in all honesty, Rob really carried the torch here. He was who we interacted with almost daily for several months and was great to work with each and every time. Great company to work with and Rob was an excellent ambassador for the company. I will recommend Rob to any friends, co-workers, neighbors, etc who are looking to move to/from the east side of Cleveland.

Rob was always quick to respond to messages, regardless of the time of day they were sent. He was insightful and helpful at each step of the way. If we wanted to see a home that was newly listed, his availability made it easy to search for a home in such a hot market. Very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the area and the home-buying process.

This was my wife's and I first experience with having to sell and buy a house at the same time. We were a little nervous going into it, especially with this abnormal housing market that was going on. Rob helped ease our concerns and fears. He made selling our current house very easy. Finding a new house was not easy given the market. Rob was very helpful with the multiple offers we had to put in over several weeks. Rob helped us tweak our offers to make them as strong as possible. We ended up with our dream house and we have Rob to thank for that. We would use him again in a heart beat.
