I received my real estate license when I was 18 years old and my brokers license when I was 26 years old, that's currently 40 years holding a real estate license. I have the passion to work with Buyers and Sellers and to help them make their Real Estate Transaction to be as smooth and seemless as posible. I believe by communicating with them and make sure they know what is happening every step of the way they will be happy at the end of every closing whether if they are buying or selling .

We worked with Bob for about a year and half before we finally the pulled the trigger. Day in day out Bob was there to help us. He represented us in our purchase as the buyer's agent and he truly represented us well. We then listed our previous house with him and he sold it in 3 days for a price above the asking price! Bob also was a great help with all the issues that have be dealt with when buying and selling property. I'll I had to do was ask - and he helped out. Bob provides great service without ever being pushy. He got things done for me. I'd say he went over and above in his service but truthfully, I think it's more likely that he's just that good. I highly recommend Bob Ganey. He's someone you can trust and depend on.
