His knowledge of the process and recommendations for us to get the house ready to sell told us that he really understood the housing market. All of his years experience helped us to feel confident that he is the right agent for us. At least twice a week before we listed with Robert, he would contact us to see if we had questions or needed any help with anything so we could get the house ready to sell. He recommended an excellent painter that gave us a great price and did an excellent job in short order. Once we listed the house with Robert he was always available to us for any questions or concerns we had. If I ever meet anyone that needs a realtor, we will absolutely recommend him.
