After proudly serving as a Hospital Corpsman in the U.S. Marines, I embarked on a fulfilling thirty-one-year journey as an educator in the esteemed Sayville School district. Honored with the title of New York State Teacher of the Year in 1990, my passion for serving others and fostering growth has been a driving force throughout my career. Armed with advanced master's degrees from St. John's and Hofstra Universities, I also contributed as an adjunct instructor at Dowling College.

Seller reviewRobert Ponzi made the sale possible, because I live out of state. Would not have happened without him. I could not do many of the things he accomplished. Trusted Robert Ponzi from day one, or would not have used this agency. He did work at condo above and beyond what any other agent would have done. Also, his guidance in the sale was excellent! Bob had contacts for work needed in the condo from carpet to furniture removal. I was not dissapointed in anyone he hired or the prices. Very reasonable. I think I'm a good judge of character, being a retired police officer, and enjoyed Bob's personality and professionalism right from the day we met. This sale would have not happened without Robert Ponzi's continued help. Because I'm in Ohio, Bob took the lead on many issues, and handled them without my need to return to NY. No other agent would have done as much to promote a sale. Forever grateful to Bob's work ethic. It was a long process due to my living in Ohio, but Robert Ponzi stayed in constant contact on all aspects of sale. Very thorough. The best I can say is that my late mother, Helen Rocco, advised me to contact Bob when the time came to sell, she was right, Robert Ponzi was the best choice, and he proved that time and again! Would recommend him to anyone looking to sell property. Thank you Bob!
