Seller reviewBob found my house in Bloomingdale 5 years ago. I gave him a small radius of area to find my perfect home. We only looked at 3 houses. That's how he does his work. If you can tell Bob exactly what your looking for, he most likely can and will find it ! He also found my moms house by us only looking at 3! So when it came to selling that house because Florida was calling my name, Bob was right there and took care of everything. I moved out in September and closing wasn't until end of January. That's a lot of house sitting along with making sure every detail is taken care of before closing. Bobs a great guy to work with on every aspect. You will never go wrong by choosing Bob as your realtor! Thanks for everything friend !

Although we prepared ourselves for any situation, Robert recommended the perfect price point for us to list and recommended a great photographer to give our home the best chance to sell quickly. Ultimately, our house was on the market for 24 hours before getting 2 offers! We couldn't believe it or be more thrilled as us selling was time sensitive as we prepared for an out of state move.
