Working with Rob was a great experience. This was Spring 2022 which turned out to be an incredibly challenging time to be house-hunting. Rob's strengths are his availability, his patience, and his sincerity. He genuinely cares about making sure you end up in a home you're happy with. He never wanted me to compromise even if it meant his having to visit way more houses. Ultimately, after 2 months of hunting, a great opportunity worked out. I'm extremely grateful to him for that and now consider him a friend.

Rob is amazing!!! He went above and beyond for me and my family. He was accessible to us whenever we needed him, and had all the answers to our million and one questions. Rob made the closing process as smooth as possible. He held our hands during this entire journey. I don't think my family and I could've found the home that is most suitable for our needs if it weren't for Mr. Robert Scanlon. From start to finish he provided world class service and we can feel that he cares more about the relationship than the transaction. He always went above and beyond to verify we were being sold a home that checked all of our boxes. I am very thankful because I'm not from Georgia and I took a chance choosing a realtor from Zillow but it was well-worth it. I started the hunt for my forever home on my own. I did not realize I needed an agent until I requested some information about a house from a website. I was directed to Robert Scanlon to help with my questions. Robert met us at the house and opened it for us to tour. That was the beginning of working with Robert to find a home for me. We did not purchase that house but because of the time and effort that Robert put into that venture we elected to continue working with Robert. That was one of the best decisions I have made. Robert was always ready to show a home to us rain or shine. We toured many homes in the rain. Robert was/is always respectful and ready to help in any way. Robert has an arsenal of contractors, inspectors, architects, mortgage bankers, what ever you need to help with your decision on your forever home. If you are looking for your forever home the best decision you can make is to work with Robert.

Robert Scanlon proved to us he was our right choice on the first day out with us. We saw a house on Zillow requested to see it and he responded within minutes and showed us the house the same evening. During the viewing we were able to establish that he was dedicated to his profession of real estate and appeared to be an expert in the field. We didn't like the first house and let Robert know that we were just starting the process and weren't sure when we would move any further. He kept in contact without being overwhelming. When we were ready, we lined him and two other realtors up for interview.He was more knowledgeable and answered alll our questions. When we first went out for a day of viewings we had our boys with us, he was patient, professional, and understanding what our needs were. My toddlers both refer to him as Mr Robert and are always excited to see him. We know our relationship is broader than just a business deal. We would recommend Robert to anyone.

Rob Scanlon was exceptional on every level. I have deslt with many agents over the years and can't say enough about the care that Rob and his wife Stephanie gave us throughout the entire process from looking, dealing with contract and negotiations, inspections and contractors and everyone he recommended was even better than expected. I would never use anyone else and recommend Rob without any reservations to anyone.
