Landlord reviewBob goes above and beyond. He is very knowledgeable and is an excellent resource. This year he helped the new tenants by picking them up at the airport and driving them to the rental after their flight was delayed 2 hours in Chicago. Their car was delivered to Bob and he parked it in the driveway so they didn't have to worry about anything. Bob is also available for the renters for any questions or concerns that they may have. He frequently advises the tenants to contact him if there are any issues and then he will notify me. I greatly appreciate his hands-on approach, since I am a nurse and I am extremely busy with patients all day. I'm glad I found Bob. There's no one better than him and I feel confident renting my house with him as my agent!
