Seller reviewWe were fortunate to find Robert Struk and Denise Lorincz because they were the listing agents for another condo in the complex, so we knew they would already be ready to go with comps and market research. What we didn't know was how kind, compassionate and lovely they would be. Their expertise was apparent as soon as we sat down with them and they advised us perfectly on listing price, how to show the condo, and answered all of our (many) questions. The condo sold immediately, which was a delightful surprise, and Robert and Denise were so helpful with everything we needed to know in the weeks leading up to closing. They were quick to return any communications, answer any questions and provide the support we needed. Their professionalism and general kindness were very much appreciated. As is probably obvious by all of this, I highly recommend them!
