After devoting the majority of my career to long term care, I made a decision to change directions in my career path after moving to Florida. Originally from Canada, I have spent a large portion of my life living in the United States due to my husband's career. Having experienced nine major relocations between Canada and the United States, I can honestly say that I have accumulated a great deal of experience in both purchasing and selling residential real estate. I understand the importance of listening to the needs of both buyers and sellers to achieve the ultimate goal of the clients' satisfaction. I have perfected the skills it takes to "get the job done." So, you may say that I am making a career from something I have done many times for my own family. Seller reviewRobin is excellent to work with. In out first conversation we discussed how she worked and what I would expect. Most important to me was commuication regarding the market, showings and the closing process. Robin and I talked once a week,if nothing else just to touch base. She works very hard and had several open houses. I believe that was how our home was sold. Robin knew the area, the community and was able to answer questions as they occurred.

This set the standard for the rest of the time prior to closing. All during the waiting period (to close) she always had the right answer to most any question - she has a quick mind and is a tremendous factor in any fight (with words).
