Seller reviewRobin knew how difficult making the decision to sell was . Her understanding my situation of selling our home of 37 years was like losing my husband all over again. When an offer that was acceptable she went over and beyond to make sure it was a good offer as problems arose before final contract she made sure every state, county and township regulations were met. Robin was at the house as my family and I said our goodbyes. She was great negotiating the contract on the new house and an emotional support to me at the closing. Her sense of humor made some decisions easier. Robin made sure my family had dinner that night which my daughters, sons in laws and grandchild were very appreciative . She is access to any company she works for. I would not have made it through without her.

She was very helpful in securing the purchase of my new house. She was always checking to see if everything was ok, she the companies I needed to complete the requirements for the final sale. Robin came the morning of the move and stayed with me and my family until all was done. She made sure the closing for buying the new house was held close to me and was my moral support. She had dinner delivered to the new house for my family and me. She is the very best, she is understanding, compassionate and very professional. I could never have done this without her help and support.

Buyer reviewRobin was amazing!!! She is very personable and also professional. She always accommodated our schedule when it came to being available for showings. She was also patient with how picky we were as we looked for homes on and off for 14 months. We never felt pressured to buy something we didn't really want and she was good about having us set the price point we would be comfortable with (while also giving sound advice on how to be realistic with our offers in the current market). Robin also has local knowledge of good people to use for inspections, handyman work, etc. When we go to sell our home, we will absolutely be contacting Robin again!
