Buyer reviewRobin dropped everything to help us purchase our dream home from out of state. She was exceptionally easy and pleasant to work with, and patiently helped us through every step the transaction. She understood our needs as we explained them to her and anticipated the needs we didn't even know about yet. I am not exaggerating when I say we would not be in our dream home if it was not for her expertise, tenacity, realism, and ability to build relationships with everyone involved in the process. I recommend her to everyone I know on a home search and would use her again in a heartbeat.

Seller reviewRobin was simply fantastic to work with. When we were looking to sell our home, to be honest we were a bit intimidated by the process. Robin did a great job walking us through the process, managing expectations, and explaining where she believed the home would sell for the best price, with a quick turn around. She was on the ball answering questions, and is a over communicator which I always prefer. I never had to track down information...as soon as she had it, we had it, which was really refreshing. She was hands on with the photographer who took listing photos because she knew our homes best features, and pulled out all the stops marketing the property. We had an above asking offer before the open house and went into closing within the first three days. That was because of Robin. My wife and I are likely in our forever house now, but if we ever have a need we will always call Robin first.

Seller reviewMy wife and I have purchased a lot of homes and worked with a lot of real estate agents over the years. Many of the agents were very good. However, Robin's level of service, professionalism, and knowledge puts her in class by herself. We were very please with her attention to our desires and her intentions to look out for our best interest. It really felt like we were family and have been working with her for many years. Not to mention, being experienced in the process of purchasing and selling many of our homes, she educated us on a number of things. We don't plan to use or recommend another agent outside of Robin. In our opunion, she's the best!
