We had a title issue with the property. I needed someone that was willing to do the leg work to get information and help get resolved with the bank to proceed forward as obtaining the property was almost a year at that point and she was able to assist with that in a timely manner. She kept good contact with me as we had a lot of issues going on at the same time and was able to effectively provide updates on each one as needed.
