Over the years we have bought/sold 6 homes. All our relators were good. Rocky is by far the best one we've ever had. He listened to our needs and concerns, then put them into action. He followed up on every detail and kept us posted. He gave us advise when asked, and was never pushy. Communication is always a key item and Rocky used phone, text, and e-mail very efficiently.

Buying a home can be stressful, especially when it is your first home. Rocky made the process as easy for us as he could by recommending a great local loan officer, showing us homes that included our wants/needs, answering thousands of questions, reaching out to agents when needed for additional information, and always coming prepared to each home. He has a great personality and after getting to know my husband and I, he often made us laugh as we walked through different homes. It took us about seven months to find the perfect home for us, but Rocky was always patient and willing to show us any home that popped up in our local market. Rocky was incredibly helpful as we looked through homes by making recommendations, helping us understand the homes state, and providing us with comparative prices to help us make an informed offer we felt comfortable with. When it came time for closing he laid everything out in an email with clear instructions on how to complete each task, this included handling the Escrow funds and working with our loan officer. Any time we had a question he was prompt to answer. We loved working with Rocky, he has a strong attention to detail and having grown up in the Fox Valley he has great knowledge of the area and amenities near by. I cannot recommend him enough to anyone in the area looking for a house! Thanks to all his hard work we ended up in our dream first home!
