I began as a Realtor in 1982 as a part-time agent. I was working full time as Supervisor, then Director of Services with the Family & Children's Center. I had a passion in working with neglected, abused and orphaned children. During this time my wife and I raised 3 children. I prefer to give of myself to others than to receive, whether it be spending time listening, teaching, coaching or problem solving. I believe these traits/qualities transfer well to being a respected and trusted Real Estate agent. After 27 years, I decided to pursue my passion of being a dedicated full-time Realtor. Since 2009, I have been dedicating myself to helping other find or sell their most valuable possession, their home. I feel fortunate to be able to give something back to others that have dedicated themselves to protecting our country, are rights and our freedom. I pride myself in "connecting" with my clients and being available 24/7.

Buyer reviewWe have worked with Rod before, and his service now was just as excellent as it was last time. Even when he was out of town, he was available with questions we had. I would highly recommend Rod as he not only has a passion for real estate, but cares about his customers and will go above and beyond to make sure the house fits the person. He was threat in every way and would definitely work with him again in the future!

I knew I could trust him, he would point out things I didn't even realize. And I would only ever use Rod Hamilton for selling or buying again.

Very important when properties seemed to move quicker than anything we've experienced in the past. When we found a place it needed to close in 3 weeks. Buyer reviewRod was awesome! He's a straight shooter and will give you his opinion if you ask for it. Was more interested in finding the right property than making a sale. Communication was amazing, he even returned texts when he was on vacation (not necessary but very much appreciated). Would highly, highly recommend Rod to anyone in the area.
