Seller reviewI have used the services of Rogelio Hernandez a couple years back when he sold my Mom's home. That sale was packed with difficult issues since it was a very old home that had not been updated and there were many city and county regulatory issues to work out. Rogelio took care of all those problems with ease and the home sold. This time, I was selling my personal residence that had no issues, there was no reason to look elsewhere when finding a realtor. Roger was on site as soon as I called, our home sold right away for the full asking price. As in the past Roger was easy to deal with, totally professional, prompt with communications day or night, and every detail was handled perfectly. Roger is good at staying connected with you throughout the entire process, you never feel like you are not in touch. I would recommend Roger to anyone looking to hire a professional realtor when either buying or selling a property.
