He was very professional, friendly and caring. I was very happy with the Law Office of Franklin Fields who did the closing. Mr. Fields explained every document in the closing packet so I would understand what I was signing and why. His paralegal Jennifer was so nice and answered all additional questions I had after the closing. Very professional, friendly and caring staff at both offices. I was very happy with the entire sales experience.

Buyer reviewBeing out of state buyers and relocating to Fl. Has been extremely stressful. However, Roger made the process of buying from out of state, so much easier. I can't thank him enough. He attended all of the inspections, surveys and appraisals for us, as we could not be present. This in and of itself, was an enormous relief.He also made arrangements for us to be able to rent for 3 weeks, since our possession date is 3 weeks out. 10 out of 10 stars. All Day!
