Roi Danon is the youngest franchise Broker/Owner of CENTURY 21. He is a native of Israel and spent most of his youth living in New York, before moving to South Florida with his family. Roi began his career at the age of 16 when he began assisting his father in real estate, and realized that he enjoyed helping clients find and obtain their ideal home. Roi then went on to become a licensed real estate sales agent.

As this was an International sale, we were nervous as to how this was going to proceed. Roi made this as easy as possible. He communicated clearly and kept us informed each step of the way. There was no guess work involved, which made us much more comfortable with the process of leaving it in his hands completely. We sold within hours of listing! Excellent work!

Roi helped me boyfriend with a quick purchase of a home within 24 hours of listing without hassle or issues and ensuring he got everything covered. Roi then helped me in a dire situation remain calm, find clarity on how to proceed and ensured we sold the home for a profit in a reasonable amount of time. Without Roi I would have been a crazy mess and never have sold until forced to. With his rational and caring method of assisting it never felt like I was dealing with a realtor, it felt like my family member was helping me succeed at whatever I needed to do. Roi was there 24/7. He would listen and give feedback. He was never in a rush to buy/sell a house we were considering. Always upfront. He would either explain an issue to us or he would find the answer to our questions in a timely manner. He was there for us not just interested in the sale.

I chose Roi to sell my home because he helped my buy it and that experience was extremely positive. He also kept in touch with me for the 2 years I owned the home, so he was top of mind when it came time to sell. Roi is the definition of professional. He answers promptly, lets me know ahead of time if he won't be available on a certain day (which is rare), and is so knowledgeable about all things real estate. Everything went smoothly and quickly and Roi kept me updated on all aspects.
