Ron grew up in Union County and has lived here for over 50 years. Ron has been in the sales and marketing business for over 35 years. He has built a successful career in real estate for over 26 years in the Union County area. 5 years as an agent, 21 years as a Broker, and 16 years as an Owner. He has worked in every aspect of the industry representing sellers, buyers, and investors, in both the residential and commercial markets. Ron has been the marketing agent for numerous developers on the renovations of single-family, multi and new-construction homes.

Seller reviewRom handled a difficult sales situation with patience and perseverance. Our Professional/Residential building had been on and off the market for nearly four years with several prior brokers who had been unable to find us a qualified buyer. Rom did so and shepherded the process through to completion despite a number of financing requirements that extended the sales process. Through it all he remained patient, helpful, available for consultation and gracious. I will certainly contact him when marketing other properties in the future.

Seller reviewRomuald (Ron) Mioduszewski is an excellent agent who went out of his way to make sure the sale, repairs and closing went smoothly. We moved out of state prior to closing and he took care of getting estimates, communicating with us, and overseeing the work that was needed prior to closing. He even fixed a running toilet after we left! He was very honest with the ultimate listing price and backed up his findings with comps in the area. He is a man of integrity, honesty and fairness and I would highly recommend him.

Seller reviewRomuald Mioduszewski was a light in a dark tunnel. My mom had passed away and I , as Executrix, needed to sell her home. This was a huge undertaking as the home needed work, I lived in another state and this was a first for me in many respects. While in NJ I met Ron, felt incredibly at ease with his personality, friendliness, kindness, willing to help in any and all aspects of the sale. A highly skilled professional . Seasoned in this type of sale and the Elizabeth area. Ron was available any time I called, assisted in solving any issues with the home, and always stopped by to see my husband and I at the home while in NJ and kept an careful watch while we were back and forth to our home in Virginia. I was very pleased with the timing of the closing and how smoothly all details were met, thanks to Ron. I would highly recommend Ron. You will be happy he is your realtor. I am!
