Experience: In 2002 Ron Castro joined the CENTURY 21 system and in 2015 teamed up with Brian James, known today as the R&B Team. He has gone above and beyond for us, like helping us with the title company to clear up a problem, turning on the electricity at the panel at our condos, finding us a handyman, talking a tenant into vacating our condo, meeting with our flooring contractor, seeking alternative financing options for our buyer, and probably some other great things I am forgetting. My husband and I have bought and sold 43 properties in our lifetime together, and Ron is seriously the best realtor we have ever had.

He was great and I only wish I could have him help me with the purchase of my new home but I have relocated to Idaho. I would very highly recommend Ron to anyone I know looking to buy. Far and above better than previous selling and buying experiences with other agents. Cannot say enough about how happy I am with this experience. I am not very patient and Ron is very patient and understanding of my stress. House sold in 3 days with only one open house and showing. I think this was not only due to the current market but due to planning by Ron.
