Seller reviewWe live out of state. Hooked up with Ron Russell and set up visit when we came out to upgrade the ex rental to sell. Ron came up with suggestions that helped cut our stay from 6 weeks to less than 3. Name up with strategy to list as we started upgrades. Found a buyer to purchase 'AS IS" in state of repair. Got a good price and saved up the stress / work of repairs. Very Satisfied.

We have had many other Realtor's try and help find the right home and then go through the process of buying it. No others were successful or even to try the process. Ron lend us to the right mortgage lender and we were successfully approved for a home loan. Although painful and exhausting the loan process due to many complications the end result with the purchase of our new Home. Thank you Michael & Yolanda Healy

Seller reviewHe sold this property in less than two weeks. This mitigated any mortgage payments, so we were able to keep more of our sale money. It was very easy and quick for me as a seller. Ron found a buyer so quickly, that I never had to worry about anything in this sale. It literally was the easiest real estate transaction I have ever had. FYI, we live out of the area, and we have never met Ron in person, so this is a completely unbiased appraisal of Ron's expertise. I have had at least 10 real estate sales in the last 20 years. In this day and age, with all the new regulations and paperwork, I was expecting complications and delays. I never even had to ask a question. That's how thorough the staff was. It's literally the easiest real estate transaction I have ever had. Total satisfaction, and I told Ron that in our final conversation. If there was a category higher than Excellent, I would've checked that one!
