My experience grew out of working 15 years with a Commercial/Residential developer, I was a Mortgage Broker in Florida and am currently a licensed real estate agent since 2010 in the Northeast Georgia area. With several years of real estate education and practical experience in the field, I can assist you with your real estate needs and provide you with the best professional service in the real estate industry.

Seller reviewThe property I sold was raw land that had some issues limiting its potential. My previous agent - who was so eager to call while I was looking to buy - did nothing for 8 months. Rona took on the listing, explained how she - and Century 21 - would work the listing. She gave good advice about dealing with the problems. Every week I got an activity report, and she'd call or text regularly. When she recommended a price reduction, I agreed. She then contacted prior prospects with the new lower price. We got a few tire kickers, but eventually, a solid deal. The property was only priced in high 5 figures - not a big deal as land sales in this area go - but she worked as if it was a multimillion dollar deal. I cannot recommend her too highly.
