Seller reviewI had dealt with Ronda Richter-Weber through the purchase of two of my son's home purchases in Janesville. I liked her calm peresonality from the start. She recently helped my son sells his home in Janesville which was a fixer upper, but she sold it! Then I called her a year ago to inquire if she could find me a fixer upper in Walworth County. She helped me purchase the current home at 203 Walworth St AND then to help me sell it a year later. We listed it as a "feeler" for the economy of this small town. I had an accepted offer in just two days exceeding my asking price. I did return sales with Ronda Richter-Weber because she is so honest about what I could ask and what I could expect. I have dealt with other realtors over the years, but I will recommend no one else.

Buyer reviewRonda is not pushy. She listens to what the buyer wants in a house and connects via email any homes that fit that need. Ronda goes above and beyond with keeping communication going throughout the process. She made several trips to the house I was interested in accommodating my inquiry of crawl space and structure with my contractor(s). I can't say enough good things about her professionalism. All around great experience working with her again. This sale involved out-of-state communications. She handled it efficiently.

She truly went above and beyond. Especially how crazy the market currently was she didn't make us feel hopless and was very encouraging.
