Buyer reviewRoni was referred to us by another real estate agent in our home state. After visiting with Roni we knew we made an excellent choice We attempted to purchase an established home, but that did not work out. Even though that purchase did not transpire, Roni did an excellent job of negotiating a price and dealing with the seller through their broker. We then purchased a new build. We were several states away during this build and Roni stood in for us as if this were her home. She handled the contracts, home inspections and every detail that goes with building a new home. She updated us with photos and was always available if we needed to ask questions. Roni had our backs the whole way. Roni is a professional and a person we trusted completely. She knew where to go and what to do to get things accomplished. She knows her business and I appreciated her ability to work with every aspect of our house and the people it takes to accomplish the tasks. I cannot say enough positive things about Roni. I would use her again and again. She is the best at what she does.
