Thanks Ronnie Dunn for helping with everything on the purchase of my new home. Although he was based in Tifton, GA he was willing to travel to Fitzgerald GA, approximately 30-45 minutes away to show me homes. He was willing to meet me on a Saturday, even when he had stuff to do at his own home. He kept me in the loop and emailed me regularly to advise me of changes and potential ideas for homes. He provided me copies of MLS listings and the basic information on homes I had was interested in and wanted more information on. He did a great job!

The very first interaction with Ronnie Dunn was in October 2015 when I was visiting my sister in Waycross and looking for a home to purchase in Georgia. It was two days before returning to Colorado and I came across the Fitzgerald house via Realtor.com, I immediately called the broker contact on the website, Century 21, and left a message. Mr. Dunn returned my call very quickly and went out of his way to accomodate me by showing me the house on a Sunday. Then back in Colorado my husband and I decided to pursue the purchase and contacted Mr. Dunn again. Our method of purchase was somewhat creative and against the norm. Mr. Dunn was not accustomed to the procedures for the type of financing we requested, and was upfront and honest about that. He did go above and beyond in the learning process resulting in us getting our dream home on our exact desire for a closing date...not a day later. Mr Dunn put us in contact with excellent resources locally, for which we are grateful, and he followed through with everything he said he would do. Mr. Dunn did an excellent job for us. We could very possibly have more family members and even friends joining us in relocating to Georgia and I would be happy to recommend Mr. Dunn and Century 21 Tifton, Smith Branch & Pope , as their Real Estate connection. Mr. Dunn was very quick at returning calls, texts, and emails. Mr. Dunn was professional, friendly, patient, kind, knowledgeable, and most importantly our vision became his and he was eager and happy to help us reach our goal.

Beside being a good salesman, I like him and give him a big hug when I see him. I doubt that there are as many good sales people as Ronnie Dunn out there.
