Working with Rose Alanis was a delight from start to finish. This was a very difficult sale in that we were faced with a passive-aggressive tenant who made it very difficult to show the property (wouldn't answer/return calls; stopped two sales by refusing to vacate (despite being offered a number of financial incentives); left his dogs unattended with prospective buyers on the premises and allowed the yard to be covered with dog feces. Through all of this Rose's attitude remained upbeat and enthusiastic. She was emotionally supportive when things were not going well (which was often) and provided excellent guidance throughout. Additionally, she worked smoothly with the other professionals involved (buyer's realtor, lawyers, city permit department, outside contractors). I would certainly use her in future sales and would recommend her to others. Her work was certainly a credit to Century21. Thank you Rose Top notch in every regard. Rose made a very difficult sale bearable. Any agent can handle a smooth sale. How one manages problems is what separates excellent from "run-of-the-mill" agents. Rose was certainly the former.
