Rose has been actively involved in real estate full time for over thirty years. Originally from New York, Rose attended UNC-Greensboro, where she received her BFA in Acting/Directing. She has performed professionally as an actress, singer, dancer throughout the United States and locally at the Barn Dinner Theatre in Greensboro. She also served as the Artistic Director for the Theatre Guild of Rockingham County and has been an integral part of this community theatre organization for over twenty-five years.
Rose has lived in North Carolina for over 40 years and absolutely "loves calling North Carolina home"!! She especially enjoys spending time with her family and making wonderful memories with her two precious grandsons.
Rose specializes in assisting 1st time home buyers, is an aggressive marketer and a skilled negotiator. She prides herself on repeat business and client referrals. Buyer reviewRose Marie Wray made the process of buying my first home a breeze! She answered every question I had, and if she didnt know the answer, she always found out the answer. She is very personable, has a lot of enthusiasm about her part in the process, and really just treated me like a friend. Always there, day, night, or weekends. She worked with my loan officer closely, and made sure they had what they needed on their end to ensure the closing date I wanted would work out. At closing, she was very professional and enthusiastic. I would recommend Rose Marie to anyone who is looking for their next home!
