Rose was wonderful to work with. She worked for the seller and us as the buyer. She was quick to answer any questions we had or reached out to current owners for answers. She helped to assist in getting utilities on for closing and she worked with us through our struggles of our finances that were not in order as they were promised by our financial side, changed a few closing dates and kept the current owners assured the sale was moving forward. The office staff was friendly and helpful . enjoyed working with Rose
