I first met Joosoo and Rose at a previous open house. I was very impressed by the way Joosoo and Rose presented themselves as a team. They worked well together, took time to greet everyone and both were very organized, friendly, and clear about the procedure. They respect the owner's wishes to remove shoes (very snowy day). Joosoo possesses personal characteristics of patience, knowledgeable, helpful, trustworthy, professional, timely communication, understanding, very accessible, polite, and approachable. She is truly a "people person". When I would ask Joosoo for recommendations for a particular service, she would often give me three recommendations. Then I would ask her, which one do you think would best suit my personality? Joosoo was right on point every time. Joosoo has the experience and prior knowledge about pricing homes to sell. At my first meeting ( which was on a Monday) with Joosoo, she explained the timing of sale is also critical. So that Thursday, Joosoo had the photographer there and by Saturday, the open house was scheduled. The following Wednesday, 6 bids came in and one was accepted. Since I was a first time home seller, Joosoo explained everything to me step by step. (sometimes more than once). She is very knowledgeable and patient. Joosoo has a very reputable, conscientious pool of specialists / professionals who were often called the last minute to repair, and /or assist. This is another important aspect of an excellent agent. Rose worked closely with Joosoo with the entire process. Rose is kind, generous with her time, caring and honest. She was respectful of my property. She welcomed people has if they were entering her own home. Her advice was well thought out and logical. Joosoo and Rose are not just great real estate agents. They are phenomenal people.
