Seller reviewI asked for the perfect realtor to help me sell my house, and Rosie happened to show up that day at my door asking to help. We made an appt and she showed up wearing an angel pin and a book of all her work & realty processes and charities to which she donates. She was polite, knowledgeable professional and a pleasure to work with. She helped me deal with each step along the way often encouraging me when there were stressful moments during the process. She also helped with trying to find a place for my tenant who was not renewing his lease. She was great and I am grateful for her experience and support. She sold my house within three weeks to a strong buyer!!

We ran into some termite damage that was overlooked when we bought the house but due to Rosi's contacts and knowledge in the industry, everything was quickly resolved and we still came out in the green!
