Even after the purchase my wife had a question and Ross responded quickly and answered the question for her. Ross was polite in every way as well as upfront and transparent about his responsibility and what the course of action was next as potential home owners. Ross was willing to make sure everything was done in our convenience, Ross worked late in the evening for us and was willing to meet with us anytime. Ross was trustworthy and although he is new in this field he was knowledgeable and humble; Ross knew most things but if he was not sure he was upfront and he would search until he got the answer. Humility is hard to find these days. Ross was honest and willing to take in to account our wants. The seller was Coldwell banker; one of the selling realtors was not honest and did not have mine nor my wife's best interest in mind. However, Ross always thought of Kelsey and me, we never doubted Ross had our best interests in mind.
