Ross listened to my needs and preferences for a new home, then he began to provide me with up-to-the-minute information on new listings. He and I communicated frequently regarding my "drive-by" experiences and the new listings he was presenting. When I wanted to see a certain property, he made himself available to show that property, promptly. Ross has an honest, objective nature, and he is straightforward in assessing a property's strengths and possible needs for improvement, remaining fair to the seller, but advocating (in my case) for the buyer. He is honest. If he does not know everything he needs to know in order to make a fully comprehensible answer to a question, he researches that issue and promptly provides a solid answer from a knowledgeable position. His personality is both professional and friendly. For me it was easy to relate to him in a positive and friendly business relationship.
