Seller reviewRowen goes above and be on to meet with your needs. Always respond to your text and emails. She helped negotiate with buyers to complete the sell. She is patient and escrow team are very polite. Her team of escrow staff work endlessly to get all paperworks and documents to close on time. I would recommend Rowen recommend other friends and family members.

Buyer reviewShe was so fantastic she made the process as smooth as possible and found us a house very quickly. We wanted a house that was a fixer upper which is tough in this market. She kept our expectations in check while still finding us what we requested. I cannot recommend her enough. When it came to inspection and closing She really fought for our interests and made sure the other parties were doing their jobs quickly and accurately. She was in constant communication with us updating us and answering all our questions. We were ready to close much faster than normal for first time home buyers and I really credit a lot of that to Rowen and the lender that she recommended. When we are ready to buy again we will definitely be using her and we will recommend her to our friends and family.

During the showing of homes Ms Mckelvey was organized and have it all planned. At the start of making an offer and Closing of escrow , she protected us, tried hard to do things right and not fail, but always doing it for our best interest. We even had a good deal!
