Truly a pleasure to work with every time we interacted, her communication is amazing and continues to answer questions and is there for us even now after closing on our property. She helped us through questions we had when we weren't sure we were ready which means a lot. Cannot say enough good things, 12/10 I feel like I've known Roxy for years! Her knowledge of the area was unmatched and she was there to provide comps and answer questions about all 16 properties we visited over almost 5 months! Roxy made it exceptionally easy to look at homes as a first time home buyer. She was there to answer questions about every decision from Day 1 until the very end! Roxy made difficult financial questions easy to understand. Also she helped my mom find a house all the way from Pennsylvania!

Buyer reviewI met Roxana when I visited an Open House at a listed property. I was looking for a house for my son. Roxana knew I was living in Pa., so she explained the different areas of Grand Rapids to me. We traded emails. I went to 2 more Open Houses that weekend, met 2 other realtor agents with business cards. Guess how many agents followed up with me? ROXANA. I have been in sales/marketing all my life, so I appreciate good customer service. Roxana made me feel like she really wanted to help my son find his first house and the more we talked I began to look as well. Her dedication, enthusiasm, and willingness to work hard? Both my son and I have bought houses with Roxana 's help and closed both in the same week! And I feel like I made a friend!
