Buyer reviewRoxane was receptive and helpful from the moment I told her I was interested in purchasing a second home for a rental income investment. She let me choose the timing that worked best for me. Once we found the right home, she coached me through the offer process. I was impressed by all the work she put into getting the proper inspections and reports. Roxane and my loan agent, Cynthia Ulricksen worked great together for me. The closing process went smoothly and she was wonderful even post-closing with hammering out some necessary details. Overall, it was a great experience working with Roxane and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a new home.

She is very knowledgeable, resourceful, and stands by your side throughout the process. Roxane has the ability to apply pressure when needed and pick the pieces up if things fall through the cracks by others. There are not too many people I rely on in life, but Roxane was very easy to rely on during our transaction. I had full faith and trust that she would negotiate on our behalf, respectfully and with integrity. She was a Superstar during our transaction and I would recommend Roxane 150%.
