In an industry full of phoney, artificial and narcissistic real estate agents, Roxanne Roberts stands out as being genuine, professional, knowledgeable and approachable. She accurately valued my house which received offers within 3 days of going on the market. She was there through every step of the sale process.

Buyer reviewWhen we came to Roxanne, we were looking for a house 800+ miles away. We needed to be rural, have high-speed internet and some land. Little did we know that would be a tricky combination. It took us about six months to find the right property. She was patient and met my husband about 12 times, looking for houses. Her suggestions allowed us to find what we hope will be our forever home. We have bought a lot of houses over the years, and she was the best agent we have worked with. She listened and helped us find the perfect property for us. She was prompt with communication, listened well, and made excellent suggestions. She was also helpful with negotiation and gave us excellent guidance in this current 2021-22 property market. We would hire her again in a heartbeat.

She is tenacious and doggedly pursues vendors, who are contracted for repairs, to ensure that all repairs are accomplished within a specific time frame. She is extremely helpful in providing expert guidance to the SELLER throughout the entire Sale Process. I have shared my very favorable comments about Mrs. Robert's professionalism, knowledge, skills, and abilities of all aspects of realty sales and purchases. She maintains decorum. Also, she continuously shows kindness and reveals a sharp wit, which I love. It would be very pleased to have her serve as my Realty Agent on all future property sales in the Martinsville, VA area.
