Seller reviewRubert is very professional, knowledgeable and always puts his client's wants and needs first. He has many local connections from repairs to financing. I met him almost 8 years ago when we were looking for a home for my daughter after she became homeless because of hurricane Irene. After a few disappointments we found the perfect location and house. Recently it became time to sell. I did not hesitate leaving Rubert in charge. Since I was a non-resident owner, it was important that I felt completely comfortable with his suggestions. We had almost 300 online views, several showings and a full price offer in 18 hours. Although there were several delays because of the buyers financier, Rubert assured me that some delays are very common and some are not. He was communicating by phone and email, advising me all the way and we still closed in 45 days. I would highly recommend Rubert whether you are buying or selling!
