Personal Profile
I am a native of the Northeast Tennessee area, born in Johnson City and residing in Kingsport for the past twenty years. I am dual licensed in Tennessee and Virginia, which allows more exposure to my buyer and seller clients.My father was a U.S. Navy veteran and my brother is retired from the U.S. Army. When I decided to make real estate a career, it was a natural transition to work with military families and veterans. In 2016, I received my MRP (Military Relocation Professional) designation from the National Association of Realtors. This intensive training has equipped me with the knowledge and tools needed to assist my military clients and their families. I consider it a privilege and an honor to assist those who have served our country.

Not only does she help you find the perfect home, but walks you through the complicated process of closing as well. Ruby starts off as your relator but will quickly become your friend. I contacted her first through the internet about a listing, and from then on it was clear that she had great knowledge about the area and great knowledge about the home buying process. She was fast at responding to questions, and she could find out any information that I needed if she did not know it offhand. She was very professional and organized. Of note was how organized the packet was when I first arrived for house-hunting. Not only was she excellent through the process, but she had done her homework before meeting me for the first time as well. I was very pleased with the negotiations on my house. She was able to help me reach an excellent price, and I'm very happy with the results. She was polite, understanding, and kind throughout the process as well. My experience was excellent, and I will definitely highly recommend Ruby and Century 21 to anyone buying or selling in the future.
