Around end of January I reached out to Mrs. Rice that I was ready to go, needless to say here we are Mid March SALE COMPLETE. This was a strange bumpy closing (because of the other brokerage), but Russhell was always on top of a constantly shifting situation. She always looked out for us. She was quick to spot discrepancies in some of the paperwork from the other broker. We felt our interests were very protected. She's the best. Cannot recommend highly enough.
