Ruth made it so smooth for us. If ever I needed Ruth for any information or for a third party helping in a situation she went over and above to help us. Ruth Frederick is very personable and down to earth. She makes her clients feel important and at ease. I would say to her "what do you think Ruth?" and she would reply "its up to you, I work for you". Ruth Frederick works very hard on her job at making sure that the clients are understanding all aspects of purchasing a home.

Ruthie explained she was not a leasing agent but was very kind and wished us well in our search recommending the Citrus County area once she heard our desires for location. Due to her willingness to listen and respond in a caring manner when she couldn't help us, we wanted her as our agent when we began our search for a home to buy.
