Buyer reviewTrust Ruth completely; she as straight forward with regards to having the last bid for the property be the best. She mentioned that we shouldn't focus only on the amount that we wanted to spend and the items that we believed should be repaired prior to closing. She understood our frustration when we were first told that closing would not be on time. She was helpful in getting information to the bank in a timely manner as needed. She was the one that told us that closing would be held as schedules. The title company nor the bank gave us this information.

Actually, she made all my work very easy and was always there to answer any questions that I may have had or help me through any problems that I encountered. She made me feel like I was the only client that she had at the time...and I know very well that is not true. She is a very busy women and has lots of clients, I am sure, but I would never know that, because she was always there for me from the beginning until the closing. I would definitly have Ruth as my agent again if I have the need, and will recommend her to anyone that I know or encounter that needs an awesome agent such as Ruth.

Buyer reviewWe found our home on realtor.com and contacted Ruth Rawlings who was the listing agent for the house. She was quick to reply and set up a chance for us to see the home the next day. She was very helpful in providing us with the information we needed and answered all the questions we had. We are first time home buyers and she made things so easy for us . We couldn't have asked for any one better. She was so pleasant to work with and my husband and I felt like she was the exact realtor we needed to purchase our first home. We would do it again and would highly recommend her to friends and family.
