Very good as his job and we appreciated working with him on my purchase of a new home!! I also had problems getting adequate loan from my bank, but, Ryan put us in touch with Gulf Coast Mortgage Lender, Hart Uiterwyk, she was a great help and was able to get us the loan we needed!!
