Seller reviewHaving dealt with well over 12 Realtors, Ryan Hollins sets a high standard for others to follow. He went "above and beyond" the normal duties of most realtors. He reviewed comparables before listing, helping us determine how much work we wanted to undertake before putting the house on the market. His guidance and timeliness helped us organize and acquire contractors to perform the work needed quickly and economically. The contractors, and Ryan himself, were personable, reliable, and conscientious. Because of Ryan's diligence, we were able to go under contract within 3 days of listing. Once under contract, Ryan kept us updated on the current status of escrow and the attorney's progress. When our closing date was delayed a day, Ryan informed us beforehand and was present at the closing, representing our interests. Even after closing, Ryan followed up on any concerns we had and escrow formalities. Ryan conducts himself in a professional manner. He is extremely knowledgeable in Real Estate sales and management.
