Buyer reviewWhen we were looking to purchase our first home, we felt pretty underprepared. We didn't know much about real estate other than our budget and where we wanted to start the next chapter of our lives. Enter: Ryan Paul. Ryan was a godsend for us in finding our perfect first home. We simply could not have found our first home without his help. Ryan was so incredibly knowledgeable, accommodating and worked around the clock to answer any questions we may have had (there were many) and to address any concerns that we had. Not only that, but Ryan is located almost two hours from our desired location. Without hesitation, he scheduled home showings urgently and drove hundreds of miles to show us countless homes. When we finally landed on the one we wanted to offer on, he made sure he knew exactly what we needed to make it happen and did an incredible job of informing us of what we could expect leading up to and after closing. He is so organized and always made us feel like we were his top priority. In this incredibly competitive market, Ryan made sure that all our needs were met and checked in routinely to make sure we had everything we needed.
