Ryan was very prompt with reaching out to schedule any showings, answer any questions, etc. I had specific requirements for the house I wanted to purchase, and Ryan was very patient in helping us find the perfect house. Ryan was very helpful through the entire process of finding a house, putting in an offer, and throughout the closing process. I had a lot of questions about everything, and he was happy to provide me with detailed answers to all of my questions. I really appreciate him checking in to see if I had any questions during the time I put the offer in, until we actually closed on the house. Ryan has a great personality and is very professional, which made it so nice to work with him.

Buyer reviewRyan was timely with responses. Always available for an obscure question I had and often answered then before I was able to ask them. He let me know about local grants that would help for houses I was looking at in the menasha area. He would also point out potential areas of concern when looking at houses and the different types of remedies available to correct them. Before working with Ryan I had a pretty negative opinion of realtors as a profession, but after working with him I learned what kind of service I should have been getting all along.
