Seller reviewI was dealing with another realtor that was not was not keeping the timelines that she had laid out on the first visit, Didn't show any interest in viewing the entire home/home. I was referred to Ryan by a neighbor, Ryan have called me within a hour and also arranged to meet with me the next day day (Sunday, also Father's Day) after he golfed with his father. He showed an interest in viewing all the details of the house and most important he said he would be able to have it approved for listing the next day, Had the photographer there the following day, He also said he felt confident that the house would sell in a week. Ryan delivered on all of the above. When he called with one offer and asked to me me that night, he showed up with an additional 3 offers. Ryan is a person that is rare. He cares what you have to say, he listens to what you want and extremely respectful. My opinion, I could not have had a more professional, caring and knowledgeable realtor than Ryan. He made the sale quick and painless, I can't thank him enough.

When I first explained to Ryan what I was looking for in a Condominium he took that information and worked hard to show me every type of Condominium within my budget, (it must be noted I am an out of state buyer looking for a part time residence, my requests were demanding) Ryan took the time to research each aspect and weeded out properties I would not be interested in viewing.
