So originally I wanted a mobile home but it was too hard for the fact that most sellers wanted cash and not a loan, so I applied for another loan from a different company and they gave me a different agent, but we couldn't get anything done for who knows the reason why, so I reached out to Ryan to see if he could work with my other loan and he said it was no problem but if I was serious about buying that I should try a local loan company. I did and within no time I was approved and looking at houses. Anytime I wanted to see a house Ryan made it happen at my availability, even if it was the same day, he always made it happen. He's so good I recommend him to everyone and if I ever sell and buy again I would use nobody else but Ryan!!

My mother talked with Ryan and one other broker. She felt more comfortable with Ryan than with the other broker. She liked his marketing approach and the way he presented himself and what he would be able to do to help sell her house. Ryan went above and beyond dealing with buyer negotiations and helped us find reliable contractors for addressing inspection finds. Ryan was great to work with. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a broker. Ryan was great to work with. My mom was very satisfied.
