I retained the services of Ryan Tooker to sell property as part of the administration of an estate of a deceased family member. Ryan met and exceeded my expectations for the sale of the property. Ryan developed a sale plan and pricing that was consistent with the sales of other properties in the building. Once the property was listed for sale, Ryan kept me informed on practically a daily basis of all interest in and showings of the property. Ryan promptly conveyed all offers on the property and took the time to discuss the merits of the respective offers and answer any questions I had. Once the contract for sale was signed, Ryan worked with me to not only respond requests made by the buyer but also to prepare the property for inspection and closing. Because I was not entirely familiar with the area where the property was located, Ryan's knowledge about local cost effect services to use to remove items from the property and clean the property was invaluable. Though the entire sale process, Ryan kept me informed and offered suggestions on how to proceed with the sale. He patiently answered all my questions and provided thoughtful feedback on issues that I brought to him regarding the sale.

Ryan looks out for his clients. If there is any issue he tries to find a solution for them. He stays on top of everything.
