Saleene acted quickly and came to have a look at our property and within one hour she came back with an estimated salesprice based on the market and other sales in the area. We left the US and from thereone Saleene took care of everything! She brought in a fabulous photographer who took very nice pictures to showcase our home online which resulted in a lot of viewings. We immediately got a lot of interest and it didn't take long before we got the first offer from a serious buyer. The communication and signing of contract worked very well for us even though we live in Sweden and had to do it online, we only attended at the closing. Saleene was wonderful in keeping the transaction moving along and getting to closing in a timely manner. She was always available to answer our questions (and the buyers!). She was so responsive and is the sweetest person. We had a great experience!
